On May 6, 2023, the Bolivar County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Casandra Corbin of Greenville for her alleged involvement in the introduction of contraband into the Bolivar County Regional Correctional Facility. Correctional officers called the Sheriff’s Office for assistance, leading to Corbin’s arrest and subsequent charges.
Corbin has been charged with the Introduction of Contraband into a Correctional Facility, and she is currently being held at the Bolivar County Jail until her initial appearance in court.
