Around 9:40 pm Thursday night, Roman “Hulio” Topps was shot while driving his truck on the 600 block of East Ave N. Mr. Topps was transported to UMMC in Jackson, MS by Pafford EMS and AirEvac for medical treatment due to the extent of his injury.
