OXFORD, Miss.–Rubber gloves, used condoms, trash bags and other items taken from Timothy Herrington’s apartment were presented as evidence as the jury heard testimony Saturday in Herrington’s murder trial in Oxford.
Herrington is accused of murdering Jimmy “Jay” Lee in 2022 and disposing of his body, which was never found.
Also presented was the gray hoodie that Herrington was seen wearing on surveillance video as he ran from Molly Barr Trail apartments, where Lee’s car was found.
More evidence was expected to be presented Monday.
