LEFLORE COUNTY, Miss.–A woman from Crystal Springs died in a wreck in Leflore County, said the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened about 7 a.m. Monday on Hwy. 49 east.
A 2018 Jeep Cherokee and a 2007 Ford F-150 hit. The Highway Patrol did not say whether it was a head-on.
The person who died was identified as Mallory Frazier, an occupational therapy student at University of Mississippi Medical Center’s School of Health-Related Professions.
Frazier died at the scene.
