ROBINSOVILLE, Miss.–The man believed to have shot three people in Robinsonville, including a child, is still wanted and is considered armed and dangerous, according to the Tunica County Sheriff’s Dept.
Markello Braxton was named Friday night as the suspect by deputies investigating the shootings, which happened shortly after 7 p.m. on Soleil Dr.
One of the victims, Nykeria Jude, 30, died from her injuries.
Another victim, described as a 24-year-old Black male, was taken to Region One, then airlifted for further treatment, as was the dix-year-old victim, who was also not named by authorities. She was first taken to LaBonheur Children’s Hospital.
Deputies have not publicly discussed a motive.
