ENID, Miss.–A 44-year-old man who managed to get away from authorities who were chasing him in Tallahatchie County Monday night was still on the run Tuesday afternoon.
Ewel “Bubba” Scott was wanted for grand larceny and possession of stolen property and was believed to have run out of his shoes, while trying to get away from deputies near where three counties meet, in the Teasdale and Enid areas.
That’s at the intersection of Yalobusha, Tallahatchie and Panola counties.
Authorities said he was on a Gator and had a .410 shotgun.
Scott was considered armed and dangerous.
