LITTLE ROCK, AR (Ben Caxton) — The minimum wage increased from $9.25 to $10 per hour on New Year’s Day in Arkansas and will increase again next year to $11 dollars per hour. Arkansas is one of about a dozen states with a minimum wage of at least $10. Minimum wage is Mississippi and Tennessee is $7.25 an hour, which is the federal minimum.
