DURANT, Miss.–If you’ve been following the story of the murder of Karterius Barksdale, 18, whose body was found just before 4 p.m. last Monday, Feb. 3, you should know that deputies have made an arrest.
Adrian Steverson, 16, has been charged with murder and felony taking of a vehicle, said Sheriff Willie March.
He did not release any more details about the crime other than what was already known. Though March did not discuss a motive, he said Barksdale’s SUV was missing.
