The Cleveland-Bolivar County Chamber of Commerce opened applications for the 2022 Chamber Scholars awards on Monday, March 21. These scholarships are awarded to seniors graduating from high schools in Bolivar County, including Cleveland Central High School, Bayou Academy, West Bolivar High School, McEvans School, and Northside High School.
The $400 award will be applied to the student’s tuition at the school of his or her choice, and is allocated to local students through Chamber member donations. Donations will be accepted from Chamber member businesses through the month of April.
The scholarship application window will remain open until Friday, April 8. It is accessible online at https://clevelandmschamber.com/scholars/.
The two-part application requires students to submit demographic information via a Google form and to email the requested supporting documents to [email protected] for full review.
