GREENVILLE, Miss. — Coleman Middle School students and staff will be required to attend school on Saturday, May 3, to make up for instructional time lost during an April 8 electrical outage, officials announced.
The make-up day is mandatory for all students and staff. School doors will open at 7:35 a.m., and dismissal is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Transportation services will operate as normal, and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Parents are encouraged to share the information and make appropriate arrangements.
The school district emphasized the importance of maintaining instructional continuity, noting the day will follow a standard schedule.
