BATESVILLE, Miss.–Three teenagers and a 20-year-old man have been charged with second degree murder in the April 13, murder of Cazariuz Gardner in Batesville.
Garder, 13, was shot in the head while sitting in a car at the intersection of Claude and Everette streets.
Police have charged El-Tavien Andrews, 16; Jabari Byrd, 17; Zyion Hughes, 15 and Kaderius Frost, 20.
Three other people also face charges related to the murder. They have not been publicly identified by the Panola County Sheriff’s Dept.
