GREENVILLE, Miss. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this month.
Ricardo Rayford, 37, of Greenville, is wanted in the May 8 shooting death of Broderick Dean, 48, also of Greenville. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of South Delesseps Street, according to the Greenville Police Department.
Witnesses told investigators that Dean was sitting in his yard when Rayford approached him on a bicycle and opened fire, striking Dean in the left side. Dean died from his injuries several days later.
Police consider Rayford armed and dangerous.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the case.
