GREENWOOD, Miss. — The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District announced Monday that it will be closed from March 17 to March 19 due to significant damage caused by severe weather over the weekend.
The district stated that all schools and offices are affected by the closure, as many students and staff members have been displaced.
The district plans to reopen on Thursday, March 20, unless further announcements are made.
