OXFORD, Miss.–A man and woman from Lafayette County have been charged with sexual battery of a child under 14.
Court records indicate the report against Catherine and Marcus Tyson, both 41, were filed Feb. 11.
Both have been arrested, with bond set for each at $75,000.
Police have not given any indication as to what might have happened to warrant their arrest.
