OXFORD, Miss.–A person from Oxford who died in a wreck Saturday, has been identified by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Troopers say Dakota Bowen, 27, was travelling west on Hwy. 334 about 12:47 a.m., when the car left the road and hit a tree.
Bowen was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was unclear why the wreck happened. The Highway Patrol is still investigating.
