BELZONI, Miss.–Some equipment stolen in the Delta has been found, with assistance from the Mississippi Agriculture and Livestock Theft Bureau.
A KBH fertilizer tender was reported stolen in Humphreys County and was found in Madison County. The tender was worth about $80,000 and the fertilizer inside of it was worth about $15,000, said agents with the Bureau.
The equipment was located in Madison County. The Bureau did not announce any arrests.
Someone from Grenada may be responsible, or at least partly responsible for the theft of a Kubota tractor in Brandon. Agents say a bad check was written to pay for the tractor. The tractor was found the same day in Claiborne County.
Someone was arrested with the help of the Grenada Police Dept., but agents did not specify whether that person was actually from Grenada or the connection to the case.
