The Cleveland Police Department has arrested Axavier Carpenter on one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling and also from an incident that took place at Frank Villa Apartments last night, March 11, at around 930 pm.
This is a continuing investigation and the CPD hopes to make more arrest.
