Three Arrested in Connection to October Murder of Jarrien King in Greenville

GREENVILLE, Miss.–Several people have been arrested and charged in the October 25 murder of Jarrien King, of Greenville.

Police announced this weekend, the arrests of Tony Lott, 18, and Jykeivin Harris, 21, both of Greenville, both charged with murder and gang activity.Lott was picked up Dec. 5 by U.S. Marshals in Memphis and was brought back to Greenville Dec.9.

Harris was arrested Jan. 14, thanks to a tip to Crimestoppers. He was arrested on St. Mary’s Circle, on the same block where KIng was found dead.

Also arrested was Mactarja Winder, 29, charged with felony harboring a fugitive.

Winder and Harris will face a judge for the first time this week. Lott had bond set at $1.2 million in December, and remains in jail.

“Detectives have worked tirelessly to put the facts together in this case, as in all other cases, which has resulted in these arrests.
