VICKSBURG, Miss.–Two barges hit the Mississippi River bridge at Vicksburg, Thursday. It was unclear what damage they might’ve done.
The barges broke loose from another vessel, said Warren County Emergency Management Director John Elfer, talking to WJTV.
He said there were no hazardous materials on the barges.
He also reported no injuries.
