YALOBUSHA COUNTY, Miss.–A head-on wreck on Hwy. 32 in Yalobusha County is why a man from Clarksdale is dead.
The crash happened Monday just before 7 a.m. The Mississippi Highway Patrol indeified the victims Wednesday afternoon.
Christian Cannimore, 22, of Clarksdale, was driving east on 32, when his Kia Forte and a Chevy pickup hit, killing Cannimore.
The 69-year-old who was driving the truck, not identified by name, was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries. His 64-year-old passenger was also taken to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
