CROSSETT, AR (Ben Caxton) — 60-year-old Mary Dell Jones of Crosset died Monday afternoon shortly before 4:00 PM when the car she was driving on Main Street in Crossett struck a no-parking sign on the west side of the road before traveling about 25 feet and hit a tree. The accident report says Jones was traveling south in the northbound lane at the time. She was transported from the scene to Ashley County Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
