MEMPHIS, TN (Ben Caxton) — Memphis International Airport will receive nearly $25 million in relief funds as part of the federal governmentâs Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act. The money will allow the airport to continue providing essential cargo services and will help offset lost revenue due to the dramatic decrease in passenger traffic. Passenger numbers at airports across the nation have fallen by 95% during the COVID-19 pandemic.
