OXFORD, Miss.–Several cars were broken into and items stolen in a series of auto burglaries in late September. Now city police believe they have the men responsible.
Police announced the arrests of Caleb Carruthers, 22 and Demarcus Govan, 20. They face several charges including commercial burglary.
