DUMAS, AR (Ben Caxton) — Dumas Police Department received a call for help Monday from a local garage after cars awaiting repairs were found vandalized and damaged. The owner of Whaleyâs Collision on Highway 65 told cops that several vehicles on the property had been vandalized and forcibly entered making off with a number of items including firearms. Stolen in the theft were a .270 Winchester short mag with a Stainless Steel Barrel and a .22 Ruger which may or may not have a scope attached. Police are investigating the thefts.
