One person is dead and at least 20 people were injured outside of a car show in Dumas Saturday night.
Dumas Police Chief Keith Finch says troopers were dispatched to the car show around 7:30 Saturday night after gunfire was reported at the car show which is held annually to raise money for scholarships and school supplies for children.
It’s unknown as to how many children were wounded or the name of the person killed in the incident.
One person is in custody although police are investigating whether there were more than one shooter.
The event is also held to promote non-violence.
