GREENWOOD, Miss.–If you like sifting through hundreds of items to find deals at Dirt Cheap in Greenwood, the store will soon end that pleasure for you by closing.
That store, along with all remaining Dirt Cheap locations, is closing soon, though the company has not given an exact date.
The company is going out of business and has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Dirt Cheap, which is headquartered in Hattiesburg, has 62 stores in eight states. The Greenwood store is the last one open in the Delta.
