YAZOO CITY, Miss.–A federal inmate who was locked up at the Yazoo Correctional Institution on a meth dealing conviction, was found dead at the prison Friday.
Robert Angelo Mangine, 51, who was from Iowa, was found unresponsive about 1:30 p.m.
Prison staff tried CPR, to no avail. The cause and manner of death were not immediately clear.
His conviction included dealing meth near a school.
