CLEVELAND, Miss.–A new medical cannabis farm that is being built near Cleveland will be the state’s newest once it is completed sometime next year.
Among the soybean and cotton fields, medical cannabis will be farmed by the company Cypress Brake.
It will be located north of Cleveland along Hwy. 61. The company will use new automation and AI technologies, say the owners.
They also expect to grow food using waste and byproducts from the cannabis farm, which will be grown in greenhouses on the property.
