Firefighters quickly contained a residential structure fire late Saturday night, responding to reports around 10:21 PM. Units from the CCFD, including Engines 1 and 6, along with Pafford EMS, arrived to find an active blaze in the roof of the home.
Firefighters entered the residence and extinguished the fire in approximately three hours. No injuries were reported. Crews from Lyon, Lula, and Bobo also provided assistance during the incident.
