NORTH CARROLLTON, Miss.–Several people were shot and several people are wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Dept. in an incident this weekend at the T&G nightclub in North Carrollton.
The shooting happened about 1:20 a.m., according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
When deputies got to the club they found that several people had been shot and at least two were hurt seriously. One was taken to the hospital in Greenwood. Another was taken to the hospital in Carroll County, then flown to UMMC in Jackson.
It was not immediately clear who the shooters were.
“Our office is dependent on witnesses coming forward to identify the cowards who carried out this senseless act of violence,” said the news release.
