You can run but you can’t hide…especially when the US Marshalls get involved.
According to Cleveland Police Chief Buster Bingham, the US Marshall Service served two arrest warrants for the Cleveland Police Department on Derrick Harris and Malakhi Butler.
Both Harris and Butler were apprehended in Dallas, Texas wanted for murder stemming from a shooting that occurred on July 26 in Cleveland on Roosevelt Street in which Brandon Swain was killed.
Harris and Butler will go through the extradition process and be brought back to Cleveland to await prosecution.
