PINE BLUFF, AR (Ben Caxton) — A Pine Bluff man has been ordered by a federal judge not to contact his elected U.S. Senator Tom Cotton as part of his sentence for mailing the Senator an envelope full of white powder two years ago. 78-year-old Henry Edward Goodloe plead guilty in federal court last August to a count of conveying false information about possessing a biological weapon for the threatening letter that he mailed about slavery reparations which contained the powder, wrapped in plastic. The powder turned out to be unbleached flour and starch. Goodloe was sentenced to one year of probation for the incident.
