According to a press release issued this morning by the Bolivar County Sheriff’s Department, on January 31, 2022, the Bolivar County Sheriff’s Office took Bayou Academy elementary principal Norman Keith Aycock into custody. Aycock has been charged with attempted child exploitation and is awaiting an initial court appearance.
Aycock is being held at Bolivar County Regional Correctional Facility, and the case has been turned over to the MS Attorney General Office.
