BYHALIA, Miss.–Byhalia Alderwoman Delainer Richmond, 50, has been arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and manufactire of marijuana, after a Wednesday search of her house turned up marijuana, meth, guns and ammo, say police.
Her bond was set at $5,000, reports WREG-TV.
Curtis Richmond was also arrested and charged with conspiracy, manufacture of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Richmond told the TV station she lived at the house where the search happened, but made no further comment. The ATF, MBI and other agencies are investigating and expect to make additional arrests.
