RED BANKS, Miss.–One man is dead and another seriously hurt and in critical condition after they shot it out at a truck stop in Red Banks, In Marshall County.
The shooting happened Saturday at Joe Joe’s Truck Stop, which is on Hwy. 78.
It wasn’t clear exactly why or how the shootout started. But, witnesses told the sheriff’s department the dead man’s daughter watched it happen.
Three people have been arrested, accused of tampering with evidence.
