ITTA BENA (Ben Caxton) — Itta Bena this week joined a number of other Delta Cities in imposing a curfew. The Mayor and Board of Alderman adopted a proposal to make it illegal to be out on streets of Itta Bena between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
