FRIARS POINT, Miss. — Coahoma County will host the 3rd Annual Community Walk and Trail Ride for Breast Cancer on Saturday, October 26. The event will take place at the Friars Point Softball Field on Andrew Thompson, Jr. Street, with registration opening at 9 a.m. and the walk beginning at 10 a.m.
Organizers say the event will honor all cancers, providing an opportunity for the community to come together in support of cancer survivors and raise awareness about the disease. Participants are encouraged to join the walk to celebrate those affected and remember loved ones lost to cancer.
