On 12/27/21 at approximately 1617hrs the Greenville Police Department responded to a shot person in the 400blk of S. Eureka St. Once on scene, officers discovered a black male lying on the ground with several gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The Washington County Coroner arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. The identity of the victim will be released upon family notification.
