LITTLE ROCK, AR (843 PM CDT Sun Apr 12 2020) — The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Southwestern Desha County in southeastern Arkansas Southeastern Drew County in southeastern Arkansas until 930 PM CDT. At 843 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of Ladelle, or 10 miles southeast of Monticello, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD: 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE: Radar indicated. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Monticello Dermott Arkansas City Tillar Jersey Point Lucca Landing McGehee Ladelle Prairie Grove Jerome Baxter Enon Halley Masonville Collins McArthur Selma For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
